If you've read my autobiography, "After This...", you may remember the scene where I met Ron, a student at the Seeing Eye, Inc. while I was training with Dasher. Ron and I soon learned we had lost our sight in two separate car wrecks - but wrecks that took place on the same night, 2000 miles away from one another.
